Commissions may be rejected for any reason.

WIPs will be provided at regular intervals depending on commission type.

If there are any issues with the quality of the commission, inform Teddy during these WIP check-ins to fix the error or get a refund. There will be no refunds for finished commissions.

USD payment only. Paypal or Venmo only.

Commissions must be paid for before recording (voice), after the lineart is approved (art), after the rough cut of the video (edit). Editing commissions that include direction and casting must be paid 50% upfront.

Provide references when applicable, the greater detail the better. (Examples include voice types/previous works, character reference art and poses, editing styles from other videos, etc.)

Inform the artist of time constraints before discussing commission info. Commissions will be refunded if not finished within three months (unless otherwise stated.)

Teddy retains all right to commissions, and they may not be used for profit unless the commercial fee is paid.

The commercial fee does not cover NFTs. Any minting or selling of commissions as NFTs is not authorized.

Commissioning Teddy means you accept these rules. If the rules change after you commission Teddy, she will inform you of any applicable changes and provide refunds if necessary.
